English UK has contracted Marcom to provide a new Event Management Solution for StudyWorld London 2010. Past participants will have access to a pre-filled registration form. Marcom Website Manager will also power the new website to be launched January 2010.
Going Global 4, the UK’s International Education Conference organized by the British Council has contracted Marcom Consulting. Marcom will provide a customized Event Management Solution with credit card payment along with Marcom Agenda Builder and Networking Solutions.
Going Global 4 will take place in London, on 24-26 March 2010.
Marcom Consulting has been contracted by the British Council to provide registration & scheduling solutions for the Partnership Conference 2009 which takes place in Edinburgh, UK in December. Marcom has been working with the British Council since 2004.
The eSchedule Lite scheduling solution for small events is being used by an increasing number of clients including English UK, Quality English, IALC, a2 Fairs, Beta UK and more to come.
This simple solution is ideal for small B2B events.
The European Association for International Education has contracted the Agenda Builder for its 21st Annual Conference which will be held in Madrid on Sept. 16-19, 2009.
The conference is attended by over 3000 participants and exhibitors.
WYSTC a wholly-owned subsidiary of the WYSE Travel Confederation has contracted Marcom’s eSchedule PRO scheduling solution for its annual Word Youth and Student Travel Conference which will be held in Manchester on Sept. 22-25, 2009.
NAFSA: Association of International Educators has contracted Marcom to provide a branded version of its eSchedule Conference for its Annual Conference &Expo which will be held in Los Angeles on May 24-29, 2009.
Over 9000 participants and 350 exhibitors are expected to attend this event.
Based on 8 years of experience with scheduling systems, Marcom has developed the eSchedule Conference, an all-in-one solution combining the benefits of an Agenda Builder with a fully integrated appointment scheduling solution.
For the first time, all participants in the Work Experience Travel Market and IAPA Annual Conference will use the eSchedule PRO to schedule their appointments.
This conference will take place in Vienna, Austria on March 25-27, 2009

At the ICEF Berlin Workshop, Marcom has launched a fun game for the International Education Family. Over 300 Mascots were distributed during the event. The objective is to illustrate the global reach and diversity of the International Education Family.
Once again, the CEC Network has relied on solutions provided by Marcom for its annual agent fair and international education conference. Both events took place in Montréal, Canada. The Agenda Builder was used by all delegates who attended the conference while the eSchedule PRO appointment scheduling system was used for the Agent Fair.
The ICEF Berlin Workshop is the largest educational workshop in the world. 1621 participants from 86 different countries attended the 2008 edition. Marcom ‘eSchedule PRO scheduling solution was used to pre-arrange 20 929 meetings. ICEF has contracted the eSchedule PRO for all its 2009 events.
The 20th Edition of the European Association of International Educators held in Antwerp, Belgium was attended by close to 3000 delegates who used the Agenda Builder to optimize their conference experience.
For the past few years, English UK has worked with Marcom to provide all participants in its annual StudWorld Fair with the best experience. Marcom provides Website Manager to power the event website along with a customised registration solution and the eSchedule PRO appointment scheduling solution.
Following a recent call for tender, the British Council (Education UK Marketing Division) has selected Marcom Consulting to provide a conference registration and scheduling solution for all their annual Partnership Conferences until 2011. Marcom Consulting has been working with the Education UK Marketing Division since 2004.
The British Educational Travel Association (BETA UK) selects the eSchedule Lite for the Beta Youth Travel Workshop held in London on May 8.
SMS messages is now fully integrated within the eSchedule PRO solution thus providing the event organiser with an easy way of contacting participants for last minute announcements.
The European Association of International Educators (EAIE) contracts the Agenda Builder for its 2008 Annual Conference which will take place in Antwerp in September 2008.
LearnX Australia, contracts the Agenda Builder for LearnX Asia Pacific 2008 which will take place in Melbourne on June 12-13, 2008.
Quality English contracts the eSchedule Lite solutions for all 2008 and 2009 workshops.
The CEC Network which has been working with Marcom Consulting since 2004, renews its agreement with Marcom and provides the eSchedule PRO service to all participants in its 2008 and 2009 Annual Agent Fair.
ICEF, which has been using the eSchedule PRO solutions since 2005, extends its agreement with Marcom Consulting up to 2010. All participants in its 8 annual workshops will benefit from the eSchedule PRO online appointment scheduling system.
For the second consecutive year, the Agenda Builder is used for Online Educa Berlin, the largest global eLearning conference in the World.
The eSchedule PRO is used for the ICEF Berlin Workshop, the largest educational workshop in the world with more than 1500 participants and just over 20 000 meetings in two days.
The Agenda Builder for Conferences is made available to all participants in the International Education Conference 2007 which is held in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Based on feedback from participants, the CEC Network contracts the Agenda Builder for its 2008 International Education Conference which will be take place in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
English UK extends its agreement with Marcom and contracts the eSchedule PRO for StudyWorld London 2008 &2009.
Marcom launches the eSchedule Lite appointment scheduling system. The eSchedule Lite version is a cost effective solution for small to medium size business matching events.
All participants in the ICEF Berlin Workshop, the world largest educational workshops, can see the location of other participants on Google Maps. Depending on the area, the satellite mode might even provide a satellite picture of the building.
This full integration of Google Maps completed by Marcom Consulting includes the possibility for participants to correct their location as well as a view of all participants on a World Map thus facilitating geographical search of new partners.
Over 2500 participants attended the European Association for International Education Annual Conference in Trondheim, Norway from Sept. 12th to Sept. 15th.
The eSchedule PRO integrating the newly released Location Manager was used by participants and exhibitors to schedule meetings with each other. The system automatically allocated contact and meeting points based on capacity and availability.
The eSchedule PRO 2007 was launched for the StudyWorld London 2007 fair which took place in London from Sept. 3 to Sept. 5, 2007. This new version came with a new design and many innovative features including a centralized management of multiple accounts with join/transfer meetings capability. A satisfaction survey conducted by the event organiser indicated that "99% of participants rated the eSchedule PRO 2007 as Excellent or Good".
The European Association for International Education has chosen the eSchedule PRO to provide additional meeting opportunities for participants in its 2007 conference. Over 2000 participants are expected to attend the 19th Annual Conference which will take place in Trondheim, Norway from Sept. 12 to Sept. 15, 2007.
The Canadian Education Centre Network will provide access to the Agenda Builder to all registered delegates at the 11th Annual International Conference taking place November 18-20, 2007 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
The StudyWorld Fair website with photo galleries, secure online registrations and full administrative interface was launched on Feb. 21.
Marcom Consulting becomes a Technology Partner of ICEF Online, a new collaborative platform jointly developed by ICEF and EdMedia. Marcom will customize the ICEF Version of eSchedule PRO in order to provide additional exposure to ICEF Online Members.
My Agenda Builder was offered as an optional service to over 2000 delegates who participated to Online Educa Berlin 06. The service was rated as Excellent &Good by over 93% of users.
English UK has contracted Marcom for its new StudyWorld Fair website. Marcom will provide its Content Management Solutions called Website Manager along with a full database driven application to manage online registrations of all participants.
The eSchedule PRO was used for the ICEF Berlin Workshop which is the largest workshop in the industry with over 1400 participants. More than 60 000 appointment requests and 18 000 appointments were recorded prior to the event. Over 94% of users rated the eSchedule PRO as Excellent or Good.
For the third consecutive year, English Australia has selected the eSchedule PRO appointment scheduling system.
English Australia 2007 Agents Workshop will take place in Adelaide from April 19 to April 21, 2007.
Online Educa Berlin 2006, the world's largest international e-learning conference will provide Marcom Agenda Builder to all participants. The conference attracts over 1900 participants from more than 73 countries and 480 speakers. All conference participants will be able to build up their personal agenda and preselect exhibitors who they are interested in meeting.
As part of their registration package, all education providers who participate in the IEFT Higher Education Exchange &Agent Workshop 2006 will be provided with access to the eSchedule for Educators. The event will take place in Istanbul on October 16-18, 2006.
English UK has recently extended its agreement with Marcom Consulting for two years. All participants in the International Languages &Education Fair 2006 &2007 will be provided with access to the eSchedule PRO appointment scheduling service.
The next edition of the International Languages &Education UK Fair will take place in Brighton from August 29th to August 31st, 2006.
The Canadian Education Centre Network has contracted Marcom Consulting to provide the eSchedule PRO service to all participants in its 2006 and 2007 agent fairs.
The 2006 event will take place in Toronto on Nov. 22 - 23, 2006. The CEC Network has been relying on Marcom's appointment scheduling services since 2001.
